Fees

I'm currently paneled with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield KC/Blue KC. The rates for your session and what is covered will depend on your insurance plan. I encourage folks to inquire with their insurance provider to determine this.

For those who prefer private pay to avoid the hassle of insurance, I offer private pay in which I am able to provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be reimbursed. I encourage folks to contact their insurance company to inquire further. See below for the cost of my out-of-pocket rates:

Initial Intake Appointments ($180)

First visit where we will gather a more extensive history about you and discuss your goals for therapy.

Individual Therapy Sessions ($160)

Therapy sessions that last between 45-50 minutes where we work towards your hopes and goals for therapy.

Supervision

If you are interested in seeking supervision for you clinical training, please contact me for us to further discuss this as it will depend upon your program, needs, and level of training. I've benefitted greatly from having insightful, generous, and thoughtful supervisors. I hope to be able to do the same for those I work with as they progress on their journey to become mental health providers.
